Returns & Exchanges
We hope you are satisfied with your purchase but if you feel the need to return any item(s) back to us please follow our returns policy.
Mesha’s Creations reserves the right to refuse a product that does not meet these requirements and are not returned in a saleable condition or are damaged. Extra care must be taken when trying on clothing, please ensure you are not wearing any make up, fragrance or deodorant that may leave a scent or mark. Items must be unworn, unused and returned within 10 days of purchase.
We can only offer a refund or an exchange for faulty or incorrectly sent items. Unfortunately, we are not able to offer exchanges for other reasons at this time. As most of the items are made to order, we do not offer refunds for change of mind in the items or choosing a wrong size. Please ensure you check the size guide on each listing before purchasing.
- The item must be repacked securely in the same condition as it was received and return in an Australia Post satchel bag with tracking.
- Write the address as below:

- Please also ensure you keep the Australia Post lodgment receipt as proof of postage.
- Return will be at the buyer’s expense and is not refundable by Mesha’s Creations, unless the returned item is faulty, damaged or incorrectly sent.
- Refunds will be processes in accordance with our returns policy.
- Items must be returned in their original condition within 10 days of delivery.
- Once the product has been received and inspected we will send you an e-mail letting you know we have received and processed your return or store credit with a code.
- After you have received the e-mail please allow up to 7 working days for the refund to be processed.
- If the product is returned because it is defective or not the one you ordered, we will issue a full refund including the delivery charge after our inspection has taken place.
- We can only offer an exchange for faulty or incorrectly sent items. Unfortunately, we are not able to offer exchanges for other reasons at this time.
- As most of the items are made to order, we do not offer exchanges for change of mind in the items or choosing a wrong size. Please ensure you check the size guide on each listing.
- If we do offer an exchange at our discretion, it will still depend upon item and fabric availability, and demand for your size.
- We will charge postage on the new item unless it’s faulty or incorrectly sent, which will be posted to you upon receipt of your original item.
- Deposit store credit into your Mesha’s Creations account or
- Deposit credit into your PayPal account
Please note, your personal agreement with AfterPay will still stand and you will continue to pay any scheduled repayments.
- If you choose to receive your refund through AfterPay, it will be processed according to the returns policy on the AfterPay website upon receipt of the returned items in saleable condition. You will receive an e-mail confirmation of the refund from AfterPay.
